A retreat is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed booking agreement. All bookings are subject to availability and curator approval.
A 30% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Payments are processed in CHF, USD, or EUR.
Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival: full refund minus 10% administration fee. 60–90 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: non-refundable, though credits may be issued at discretion.
Aurora reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond control. Equivalent alternatives will be offered.
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all guests. Proof must be submitted before departure.
Guests are expected to respect sanctuary staff, local communities, and natural environments. Aurora may terminate a stay for serious breaches without refund.
Aurora acts as curator between guests and independent retreat operators. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Geneva.
